The Droid 2 GPS is simple to use. My husband and I use the GPS, when we went to my nephew wedding. We had a general directions to get to the church. All we needed was the name of the church and the city the church was in. GPS took us right were we needed to go. The voice of the GPS take some getting us to, but it is a computer. I put in my brother name and address in the GPS. It took me right to his house and the easies way to get there. I then store it in my contacts list.

When you speak in your destination, speak clearly and slow. This will help you get the right direction. When type or speak in destination, you can said or type the restaurant name then the city and state of the restaurant you want to go to. You can do the same with an address.You can set important address in you contacts. In with the contacts, you can have the person phone number, email and complete address.Which can be handy, If you get lost. It also has 2 route options. You add avoid highways or avoid tolls. It has an option call restaurant in each city you visit. You can have the name, phone and address.The phone has voice commands or you can read directions. The Droid 2 GPS is simple to use. The phone GPS is does not have all functions as a Garmin or Tom Tom GPS, but it will get you where you want to go. This is one of options the Droid 2 has to offers.
